Abstract

Classroom management is very important in the learning process, various plans and strategies are needed to achieve the expected goals. This study will discuss (1) How to implement classroom management in improving learning effectiveness, (2) what strategies are used in implementing classroom management. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted for approximately 1 month. One of the objectives of this study is to share knowledge with teachers about how important it is to carry out classroom management for better learning effectiveness, the plans that must be carried out in classroom management starting from designing the syllabus, then making annual programs, semester programs, to learning design learning that is a guideline for a teacher for teaching and learning activities. Classroom management at SD N 34 Krui has implemented it quite well, planning learning according to what is desired and designed by the teacher. this will make it easier for teachers and students to learn and teach.
