https://jpgmi.stitmultazam.ac.id/index.php/JPGMI/article/view/130

This study aims to develop a Digital Governance Model that integrates University Governance and Information Technology Governance through the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) approach to enhance the performance of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tridharma). The analysis reveals that the existing digital systems used by lecturers such as teaching management, research and publication systems, and community service platforms remain fragmented and lack interoperability, resulting in data redundancy, process inefficiencies, and low institutional reporting accuracy. The implementation of EAP produces a comprehensive architecture blueprint emphasizing the principles of single source of truth, API gateway, standardized institutional metadata, and integrated academic services. This integration enables seamless communication across internal and external systems (SISTER, PDDIKTI, SINTA, OJS), ensuring that all Tridharma related activities are automatically documented, efficient, and consistent. The study concludes that EAP strengthens digital governance in higher education institutions, improves lecturer productivity, and supports sustainable Tridharma performance through a structured and adaptive IT architecture.
Samsul HadiSafitri Agustina

This research is grounded in the limitation of printed books and the need for digital transformation in learning resource management. The study aims to analyze the implementation of digital library management to enhance learning effectiveness at SMKN 1 Negerikaton. A qualitative case study approach is employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, vice principals, librarians, IT operators, teachers, and students, supplemented by observation and document analysis. The results indicate that digital library planning is aligned with the school's vision and vocational curriculum, yet it lacks specific planning documents and dedicated funding. Organizational efforts still adopt a conventional structure without documented task allocation and authority, with incidental coordination. The direction stage relies on passive socialization without systematic training, resulting in informal guidance. Supervision is limited to basic statistics and equipment maintenance, lacking comprehensive evaluation of learning impact. Positive impacts include improved access to learning resources, time efficiency, and learning motivation; however, these remain suboptimal due to low teacher utilization and digital literacy culture. The implications of this study underscore the need to strengthen institutional aspects, human resource capacity, and a structured evaluation system to optimize the role of the digital library in supporting effective learning in vocational schools.
Siti RosidahTri Yuni Hendrowati

Low motivation and literacy skills among elementary school students are often rooted in rigid instructional methods and a lack of student autonomy in selecting reading materials. This study aims to enhance student interest through the implementation of a Reading Workshop approach integrated with multimodal texts. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted over four cycles at SDN Mangunjaya 01. The subjects were fifth-grade elementary school students. Data were collected through classroom activity observations, reading interest questionnaires, and text comprehension tests. Data analysis was performed using both descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The findings indicate a gradual improvement across each cycle. Cycles I and II showed an increase in reading engagement but had not yet significantly impacted comprehension. The integration of multimodal texts in Cycle III significantly boosted student engagement and interest in reading through various media. By the end of Cycle IV, all success indicators were achieved, with students demonstrating high reading independence and a significant increase interest scores. A Reading Workshop approach that is adaptive to students' digital needs has proven effective in strengthening reading interest through a multimodal literacy ecosystem in the classroom. The teacher's ability to facilitate student autonomy is a key factor in the success of this practice.
Nur Hikmah WijayaGusti YarmiApit Dulyapit

https://jpgmi.stitmultazam.ac.id/index.php/JPGMI/article/view/136

This study aims to analyze the strengthening of governance in the Islamic Elementary Teacher Education (PGMI) Study Program at STIT Pringsewu based on Good University Governance (GUG) as a strategy to achieve superior accreditation. This research is motivated by the current accreditation status of the PGMI Study Program, which remains at the “Good” level despite the active implementation of the university’s Tri Dharma. The main issue lies in the lack of integration between planning, implementation, evaluation, and recognition of Tri Dharma outputs and lecturer recognition within the framework of the nine accreditation criteria of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with institutional leaders and study program managers, observations of academic activities, and document analysis related to governance, internal quality assurance, and Tri Dharma outputs. Data analysis was conducted interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, supported by source and method triangulation to ensure data validity. The findings reveal that the primary challenge in achieving superior accreditation is not the absence of Tri Dharma activities but the suboptimal implementation of governance based on Good University Governance principles. Tri Dharma outputs and lecturer recognition have not yet been systematically managed as key performance indicators for accreditation. This study concludes that strengthening integrated, data-driven, and outcome-oriented governance based on Good University Governance is a critical strategy for improving study program quality and facilitating the transition from Good to Superior accreditation in a sustainable.
Wahyu FebrianaBinti LuthfiyahIdham Khalid

https://jpgmi.stitmultazam.ac.id/index.php/JPGMI/article/view/137

This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic knowledge as the foundational basis for strengthening educational management at MIS Al Fajar Pringsewu Selatan through a qualitative approach employing case studies and literature reviews. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis to examine the implementation of tawhid, ethics (akhlaq), and maqasid al-shariah values in school management, curriculum development, and learning practices. The findings reveal that Islamic values have been comprehensively integrated throughout the entire managerial process, from planning to supervision. The integrative curriculum combining religious and general sciences is implemented through instructional tools, thematic approaches, and religious habituation, although inconsistencies among teachers remain evident. Value-based learning is carried out through modeling, dialogic methods, and the reinforcement of Qur’anic character in daily activities. The novelty of this study lies in the simultaneous mapping of three domains of integration management, curriculum, and learning at the elementary madrasah level, along with the identification of an “evaluation-value gap,” referring to the absence of a holistic assessment instrument grounded in maqasid al-shariah. These findings contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of a more integrated and measurable Islamic educational management model.
Merita Diana

https://jpgmi.stitmultazam.ac.id/index.php/JPGMI/article/view/138

This study examines the literature on the implementation of the National Higher Education Standards (SNPT) in Indonesia, focusing on the integration of the Three Pillars of Higher Education (Tri Dharma: Education, Research, and Community Service). The primary issue identified is the tendency for fragmented implementation (silos), where research and community service outputs are often disconnected from the classroom learning process. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method and content analysis of articles published between 2018–2025, this study aims to map integration models and identify managerial challenges in meeting these standards. The findings indicate that integrating Research Standards (I) into Education Standards (A-H) is most effective through the Research-based Learning (RBL) model, while Community Service Standards (J) are optimally integrated through project-based Service Learning. However, the success of this integration relies heavily on the support of managerial standards, particularly management (F), financing (G), and lecturer competence (D), managed within a Total Quality Management (TQM) framework. This study concludes that substantive SNPT compliance requires a governance transformation from mere administrative compliance to a quality culture that ensures a continuous feedback cycle between the three pillars.
Erlian Eka DamayantiAgus PahrudinYuberti YubertiAchi Rinaldi
