At the stage of delivering abstract geography material, high visualization is needed so that innovative approaches can be understood optimally. This study aims to determine how the application of Augmented Reality (AR)-based learning media can improve students' understanding of geography material at MTs Negeri 1 Labuhanbatu. The methodology used in this study is to use qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. This technique is used to collect data from teachers and grade VIII students. The results of the study show that the use of AR is able to create a more interactive, interesting, and easy-to-understand learning atmosphere, especially in visualizing abstract geography concepts.</em> <em>AR facilitates students to see</em>i<em>three-dimensional</em>i<em>representations of the earth's</em>i <em>surface, geographic distribution patterns, and other natural phenomena directly through digital devices. The application of AR media can improve cognitive understanding and is also able to build skills</em>i<em> that are relevant to modern life, </em>i<em>such as </em>i<em>critical </em>i<em>thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the ECE teacher professional learning community program in Adiluwoh District and its impact on enhancing teacher competencies. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach, where data was collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving ECE teachers and program managers in Adiluwoh District. The professional learning community program in Adiluwoh District successfully improved teachers' competencies, particularly in classroom management skills and understanding of ECE theories. The main challenges include limited facilities and time, as well as low involvement from some teachers. Further support from relevant stakeholders is needed to optimize the program. This study concludes that the ECE teacher professional learning community program in Adiluwoh District is effective in enhancing teacher competencies; however, improvements in support for facilities and time allocation are needed for the program to run more optimally and sustainably. The implications of this research highlight the importance of increasing support from the government and relevant institutions in providing facilities, time, and regular evaluations to ensure the smooth implementation and sustainability of the ECE teacher professional learning community program, ultimately enhancing the overall quality of ECE education.<br><br></p> Nanik Hartati Fatqul Hajar Aswad Copyright (c) 2025 JPGMI (Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Multazam) 2025-11-30 2025-11-30 11 2 122 129 EVALUASI PROGRAM PARENTING DI PAUD HARAPAN BANGSA BANJAREJO https://jpgmi.stitmultazam.ac.id/index.php/JPGMI/article/view/89 <p><em>This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the parenting program at PAUD Harapan Bangsa Banjarejo using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The evaluation was conducted to assess the effectiveness of the program in enhancing parental involvement in early childhood education and supporting children's development. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving parents, educators, and PAUD administrators. The results showed that the context of the parenting program was highly relevant to the needs of parents who require guidance in supporting their children at home. However, in the input aspect, there were challenges regarding the delivery of material that was difficult for parents to understand, and further training for educators was needed. In terms of the process, the program was implemented well, though time limitations reduced the optimal participation of parents. Regarding the product aspect, while positive impacts on children's development were observed, some parents still faced difficulties in applying the material provided. Based on these findings, the study recommends simplifying the materials, enhancing educator training, and providing continuous support to parents to improve the effectiveness of the parenting program in the future.</em></p> Saryati Saryati Siswoyo Siswoyo Copyright (c) 2025 JPGMI (Jurnal Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Multazam) 2025-11-30 2025-11-30 11 2 130 137 SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW: EFEKTIVITAS LKPD IPA BERBASIS ETHNO-STEAM PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA SEKOLAH DASAR https://jpgmi.stitmultazam.ac.id/index.php/JPGMI/article/view/86 <p><strong>Abstracts</strong></p> <p><em>The development of Science Worksheets (LKPD) based on the Ethno-STEAM approach represents a significant innovation in elementary science education, integrating local wisdom with Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics to create contextual and meaningful learning experiences. This systematic literature review aims to examine the effectiveness of Ethno-STEAM-based LKPD in enhancing conceptual understanding, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills among elementary students. Through PRISMA-guided analysis of 25 relevant studies, the findings demonstrate that Ethno-STEAM-based LKPD effectively facilitates active, student-centered learning while strengthening cultural awareness and competencies essential for the 21st century. The integration of local cultural elements significantly increases learning relevance and student engagement, although challenges remain in implementation scale, authentic assessment development, and long-term impact measurement. This study concludes that Ethno-STEAM-based LKPD development offers a strategic approach to creating contextual, creative, and interdisciplinary science learning that aligns with Sustainable Development Goal 4 regarding quality education. The diminishing importance of families in contemporary education must be reexamined via the lens of traditional Islamic education. This study aims to assess the applicability of Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah's concept of parental duty in postpartum education to contemporary learning environments. The study examines relevant secondary sources in addition to Ibn Qayyim's original works, such as Tuhfatul Maudūd bi Ahkām al-Maulūd, using a descriptive analytical technique and a library research strategy. The results show that, in accordance with Ibn Qayyim, parental responsibilities should start at birth and continue via ongoing supervision, nurturing, and modeling. The formation of faith, worship, morals, and manners are some of these responsibilities. According to Ibn Qayyim, parental involvement in education is a religious obligation with significant implications for raising morally upright children. The Goodlee application is introduced as a digital solution to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of teacher administrative management, including the storage of learning devices, learning media, e-books, and question banks. This study employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, involving school principals and teachers as key informants. During the implementation stage, Goodlee is actively utilized in learning administration, accompanied by assistance efforts to address technical challenges and support teacher adaptation. The confirmation stage shows that the adoption of Goodlee is sustained, supported by teacher satisfaction, school policies, and plans for further development and recommendations to other schools. The study concludes that the Goodlee application has successfully passed all stages of innovation diffusion based on Rogers’ theory. Key supporting factors include relative advantage, compatibility, ease of use, strong school policy support, and effective communication and training. The development of the E-LKPD addresses the problem of low student learning outcomes caused by the limitations of conventional learning media that lack interactivity. The research employed a research and development method using the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through expert validation, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome assessments. The results indicate that the developed E-LKPD is valid according to experts, practical for classroom use, and effective in improving student learning outcomes. This study aims to examine the role of visionary leadership in enhancing the quality of early childhood education at TK Negeri in Pringsewu Regency. The visionary leadership implemented by the principal is expected to provide clear direction, motivation, and innovation in efforts to improve the quality of education in early childhood education institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at TK Negeri in Pringsewu Regency. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the visionary leadership of the principal plays a crucial role in creating an innovative learning environment, improving the learning process, and enhancing the professionalism of educators. With a clear vision, the principal is able to guide and inspire teachers and staff to work more effectively and with greater dedication, ultimately leading to the improvement of the quality of early childhood education at TK Negeri Pringsewu Regency. The research was motivated by the low learning motivation and achievement of students due to the use of conventional teaching methods and the limited availability of innovative teaching materials. The research employed a Research and Development (R&amp;D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through expert validation, teacher and student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The findings reveal that the PBL-based LKPD developed in this study is valid, practical, and effective in improving students’ understanding and engagement in Civic Education. Furthermore, it supports the creation of an active learning environment and provides a contextual learning experience. The research is motivated by the critical need for teacher innovation to improve learning quality and the necessity for transformative, participative, and collaborative leadership to foster a supportive innovation environment. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, using interviews, observations, and documentation involving school principals and teachers. The findings reveal that school principals play a pivotal role in promoting teacher innovation through motivation, professional development, and the establishment of a reflective and collaborative school culture. Strategies included internal training, professional learning communities, and recognition systems for teacher innovation. The study concludes that adaptive and empathetic leadership can effectively address challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change, while cultivating a dynamic and quality-oriented learning ecosystem. These communities serve as a platform for teachers to share best practices, enhance competencies, and create effective learning environments. However, implementation still faces challenges such as limited managerial support, low teacher participation, and resource and time constraints. This study aims to analyze the principal's role in developing teacher learning communities by applying the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) principles. Using a qualitative research approach with a case study method in several primary schools in Gunung Alip District, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that principals play a significant role in all four aspects of POAC. In planning, strategies have been developed but still face challenges in written guidelines and teacher involvement. In organizing, principals establish community structures and assign roles, but coordination remains suboptimal. In actuating, principals motivate teachers and support learning innovations, although teacher participation remains inconsistent. In controlling, evaluations of learning communities have been conducted, but reflection mechanisms and the utilization of results need improvement. In conclusion, school leadership plays a crucial role in developing teacher learning communities.
