DESIGNING AN INCLUSIVE SCHOOL MODEL AT SD NEGERI PINAYUNGAN II TO FOSTER INTERESTS AND TALENTS IN STUDENTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

This research aims to explain the designated school plan as an inclusive school to foster talents and interests to students with special needs (SWSN) which consists of several stages, vis, recruiting, identification, assessment, compiling a curriculum, preparing human resources, class placement, training, competitions and supervision. This research aims to foster talents and interests in SWSN. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Pinayungan II, East Telukjambe District, Karawang Regency, West Java. The method utilized in this research uses the case study with embracing descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is by using interview and observation. The results of the research presented that the designated school plan is carried out through the school's vision and mission, through several stages including recruiting, identification, assessment, compiling the curriculum, preparing human resources, class placement, training, competitions, and supervision and referring to the 8 National Education Standards which consist of content standards, process standards, teacher and education staff standards, facilities and infrastructure standards, management standards, financing standards, assessment standards, and graduation competency standards. Based on the all these stages, there are factors that contribute to success in growing interest and talents of students with special needs at SD Negeri Pinayungan II Karawang. These factors can be divided into intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors.

PENGEMBANGAN LKPD BERBASIS KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH PADA MATERI PECAHAN MI/SD

This research was carried out to develop LKPD products based on problem-solving abilities on MI/SD fractional materials. The LKPD products produced aim to find out their feasibility through feasibility tests, practicality and effectiveness as well as a learning medium to help improve problem-solving skills in students' fractional materials. The researcher uses a research and development (R&D) method with a 4D model consisting of four stages, namely the definition stage, the design stage, the development stage, and the deployment stage. The subject of this research is the LKPD product to be developed, two validators consisting of material experts and design experts, a teacher as a responder and 40 students of class V MIN 7 Medan City. The research instruments used include expert validation sheets, interviews with subject teachers, teacher response questionnaires and student certificates and tests. The results of the feasibility test obtained a score of 80% for material experts, and design experts obtained a score of 92%. The average score of the two experts was 86% with a very decent category. The results of the practicality test by teachers were 97.3% and students were 98.5% in the very practical category. The results of the student test trial obtained an average score of 30.46 for the pretest, an average score of 85.78.The N-Gain obtained was 0.79, meaning that the N-Gain > 0.7 with the effective category.

This research aims to identify the significant influence of the Project Based Learning learning model on IPAS learning outcomes of class V students at SDN Baru 06 Pagi, East Jakarta. Quantitative research is a type of research that uses the form of quasi-experimental design. The research design used was a posttest only control group design. The research population was class V SDN Baru 06 Pagi, East Jakarta, which were then sampled using Non-Probability Sampling. The research was conducted at SDN Baru 06 Pagi, East Jakarta, VB as the experimental class and VC as the control class, each consisting of 28 people. The results this research state that. It was found that the difference in the average IPAS learning outcomes of class V students who received learning using the experimental class 72.86 was significantly higher than those who received learning using the control class 56.07. The t-test results showed a significant difference between t _hitung 3.714 > t _tabel 1.673. This shows that there are significant differences in IPAS learning outcomes between class that received learning using experimental and control class.

This study aims to explore the study of cultural theory in environmentally-based organizations as a strategy to encourage innovation and increase employee engagement. An organizational culture oriented towards environmental sustainability has the potential to create a significant positive impact, not only in the internal processes of the organization but also in the public perception of the company. In this study, a theoretical approach is used to understand how environmental values can be integrated into organizational culture, thereby creating a work environment that supports creativity, collaboration, and innovation. Through literature analysis and theoretical models, this study found that a strong environmental-based organizational culture can increase employees' sense of ownership of the organization's goals, which in turn increases work engagement and motivation. In addition, the implementation of this culture also strengthens the positive image of the organization in the eyes of the public, especially in an era where sustainability issues are a major concern for society. This study provides insights for organizational leaders to adopt a sustainable culture approach as a strategic step in building relevant innovation while strengthening organizational relationships with stakeholders.

DEFINING TEACHER EFFECTIVENESS: A SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF RECENT INSIGHTS ON KEY QUALITIES AND PRACTICES

Teacher effectiveness is pivotal in shaping student outcomes and overall educational success. This systematic literature review aims to synthesize recent research findings on the key qualities and practices that define effective teachers in contemporary educational settings. Focusing on studies published within the last five years, the review adhered to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines and utilized the Scopus database to ensure a comprehensive and rigorous analysis. From an initial pool of 45 articles, 15 high-quality studies were selected based on inclusion criteria, encompassing diverse educational contexts and methodological approaches. The analysis identified five core qualities consistently associated with effective teaching: (1) Pedagogical Knowledge and Skills—the ability to convey complex concepts accessibly and tailor instruction to diverse learning needs; (2) Classroom Management—creating structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environments; (3) Emotional Intelligence—managing one's emotions and understanding students' emotional needs to foster strong relationships; (4) Cultural Competence—embracing and integrating students' diverse cultural backgrounds into teaching practices; and (5) Commitment to Lifelong Learning—engaging in continuous professional development to remain adaptable and innovative. The findings demonstrate that these qualities significantly impact student outcomes, including academic performance, engagement, and socio-emotional growth. In multicultural and diverse classrooms, emotional intelligence and cultural competence are particularly crucial for closing achievement gaps and promoting equity. The review also highlights effective professional development strategies for enhancing these key qualities. Collaborative learning communities, peer coaching, and targeted workshops focusing on emotional intelligence and cultural competence were identified as most effective. This study underscores the necessity of a holistic approach to teacher effectiveness that combines technical expertise with emotional and cultural competencies. By fostering these qualities, educators can create inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments that meet the diverse needs of 21st-century learners. Future research should explore the long-term effects of these qualities on student outcomes and investigate how professional development interventions can be tailored to specific educational contexts. Additionally, examining the role of technology integration in enhancing teacher effectiveness is recommended, as digital literacy becomes increasingly important in modern education.

This study aims to develop a digital learning media that integrates the concept of ethnomathematics within the movements of the Sigeh Penguten dance as a means to instill Indonesian values in students. The media aims to enhance students' understanding of mathematical concepts, such as symmetry, rotation, and reflection, by using local cultural elements as context. The results of the study indicate that the use of culture-based video learning effectively makes abstract mathematical material more relevant, engaging, and easier for students to comprehend. Additionally, this approach successfully fosters a sense of pride in students regarding their cultural heritage. The study recommends that the development of this learning media be implemented in various schools, considering the local cultural background to maximize relevance and student engagement in culture-based learning.

Management of inventory in the school environment is one of the important aspects in supporting efficient operations. This study aims to design and implement a Web Mobile Inventory Management Information System at SMP Negeri 1 Talang Padang. This system is designed to improve efficiency and accuracy in managing inventory data, from recording, monitoring, to reporting goods. The method used in system development is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. A web mobile-based system was chosen to facilitate user access via any device, anytime, and anywhere. Testing was carried out using the black box testing method to ensure that the system's functionality runs well and the measurement of the level of system effectiveness based on user evaluations. The results of the study showed that this system was able to improve the efficiency of inventory management with an effectiveness level reaching more than 80%, according to the results of evaluations of end users including administrative staff and teachers. This system not only simplifies the inventory management process, but also provides better transparency and data accuracy.

SCHOOL PERFORMANCE REVIEW: THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BALANCED SCORECARD APPROACH FOR HOLISTIC EVALUATION IN A MULTICULTURAL EDUCATION CONTEXT

In an increasingly multicultural educational context, traditional school performance evaluation methods often fall short in addressing the diversity and complexity of the learning environment, creating challenges in effectively assessing and improving school performance. Performance evaluations that lack inclusivity and do not consider the perspectives of students and parents from diverse cultural backgrounds can lead to gaps in educational outcomes and school management practices. This study aims to explore the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSc) approach in evaluating the performance of multicultural schools in SMP Negeri Provinsi Lampung, with SMPN 2 Bandar Lampung as the study sample. BSc originally used in business management, is adapted for education by assessing school performance from four main perspectives: financial, customer satisfaction (students and parents), internal processes, and learning and growth. The study's findings indicate that the application of BSc helps schools understand and meet the diverse needs of students, enhance stakeholder satisfaction, and improve internal processes. However, challenges in implementation include the need for training and adjustment of evaluation methods to the local context. BSc provides an effective framework for evaluating school performance in a multicultural context, and despite its challenges, this approach can improve inclusivity and the effectiveness of educational practices, as well as assist schools in aligning their strategies with multicultural goals.

PANDANGAN MAHASISWA BARU TERHADAP SUMBER BELAJAR BERBASIS LITERASI KEISLAMAN PADA MATA KULIAH MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN PIAUD

This study aims to comprehend the viewpoints of new students in the PIAUD program at STIT Tanggamus concerning Islamic literacy-based learning materials in the PIAUD education management course and the extent to which these resources enhance their teaching competencies. The employed study methodology is descriptive qualitative, including in-depth interviews, observations, and data documentation. The study findings indicate that incoming PIAUD students at STIT Tanggamus possess a favorable perception of the accessibility of Islamic literacy-based learning resources, which should be readily available in both the library and online. They believe that pertinent resources for learning will enhance comprehension of the course material, enhance learning motivation, and align with the objectives of the PIAUD Education Management course. Proficiency in Islamic literacy is deemed crucial for cultivating students' pedagogical abilities, enabling them to become educators who may promote Islamic ideals in early childhood education. The findings of this study suggest that educators must create learning resources that address the needs of learners, and that educational institutions should enhance Islamic literacy as a learning resource.

Classroom management is very important in the learning process, various plans and strategies are needed to achieve the expected goals. This study will discuss (1) How to implement classroom management in improving learning effectiveness, (2) what strategies are used in implementing classroom management. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted for approximately 1 month. One of the objectives of this study is to share knowledge with teachers about how important it is to carry out classroom management for better learning effectiveness, the plans that must be carried out in classroom management starting from designing the syllabus, then making annual programs, semester programs, to learning design learning that is a guideline for a teacher for teaching and learning activities. Classroom management at SD N 34 Krui has implemented it quite well, planning learning according to what is desired and designed by the teacher. this will make it easier for teachers and students to learn and teach.

PENGARUH KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU DAN FASILITAS BELAJAR TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMK SE-KABUPATEN TANGGAMUS

This study aims to analyze the significant influence of teachers' professional competence and learning facilities on the performance of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Tanggamus Regency, both partially and simultaneously. The study is based on three main theories: the theory of teacher performance, which explains the factors affecting the effective accomplishment of teachers' duties and responsibilities; the theory of professional competence, which highlights teachers' abilities and expertise in performing their professional roles according to established standards; and the theory of learning facilities, which examines the impact of educational infrastructure and resources on the quality of teaching and learning outcomes. A quantitative method with a survey approach was used, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 191 respondents, who were vocational high school teachers, to collect data on teacher performance, professional competence, and learning facilities. The analysis results show that both professional competence and learning facilities, either individually or simultaneously, significantly influence the performance of vocational high school teachers in Tanggamus Regency, with a combined contribution of 49.2% to the teacher performance variable. Collaboration between local governments and schools is essential to organize comprehensive training to enhance teachers' professional competence, including training on the development of scientific thinking strategies, the implementation of Classroom Action Research (CAR), and the use of interactive platforms to improve learning effectiveness. This research plays a role in uncovering the significant impact of teachers' professional competence and learning facilities on the performance of vocational high school teachers in Tanggamus Regency, providing empirical contributions to efforts to improve the quality of education in the region.

This research aims to develop a digital-based academic administration management system through a website at SMP Qur'an Al-Hamidy Pringsewu. In an effort to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of academic data management, this system is expected to replace the manual administration methods that have been applied so far. The method used in this research is system development with a web-based information system approach, integrating various features such as student data management, grade management, attendance, and academic reports that can be accessed by the school, teachers, and parents. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the web-based academic administration management system can simplify the administration process, improve data accuracy, and speed up the delivery of information to relevant parties. With the existence of this system, it is expected to create a more modern, efficient, and well-organized academic environment at SMP Qur'an Al-Hamidy Pringsewu.
