Abstract
Web-based Academic Management Information System at MTs Mathla'ul Anwar, which will facilitate the management of academic data such as student data management, class schedules, grades, absences, and other administration in a centralized and integrated manner. This system is designed to facilitate efficient, accurate, and faster management processes, as well as support data-based decision making. The analysis approach used is SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in implementing this system. The strengths of the system include time efficiency, easy data access, and good data integration. Weaknesses include limitations in terms of limited human resources and dependence on technological infrastructure. The opportunities of this system are improving the quality of academic management and opportunities to expand the system to other schools under the auspices of Mathla'ul Anwar. Threats that may arise are the potential for cyber-attacks and the risk of technical errors that can affect system performance. In addition, this system is developed with an Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) approach, which ensures that all business, information, and technology needs required in academic management are met properly and in a structured manner. The EAP stages include strategic planning, business model design, to the implementation of web-based technology, so that all academic processes can be automated effectively and efficiently. With this system, it is hoped that schools can improve the quality of academic data management and support a more modern and digitally integrated education process.
