Abstract

This study aims to examine innovation management strategies in integrating digital technology at SDN 1 Bumi Dipasena Mulya. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, research subjects included the principal, teachers, students, and parents. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation studies. The findings reveal that innovative strategies such as teacher training, formation of digitalization teams, and the use of digital learning platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, Quizziz, Kahoot) have positively impacted student learning interest and teacher creativity. Nevertheless, several challenges persist, including limited device access, uneven internet connectivity, and the need for continuous teacher support. These findings recommend the importance of external support and strengthened technology-based management to foster sustainable innovation in primary education settings.
