Abstract
This study aims to analyze the role of learning communities in developing teachers’ instructional creativity at UPT SDN 2 Purwodadi using the POAC management framework (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). Instructional creativity is an essential competence for teachers in the 21st century to create innovative, meaningful, and student-centered learning experiences. Learning communities are considered collaborative platforms that enable teachers to share experiences, reflect on teaching practices, and develop creative instructional strategies in a sustainable manner. This research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach to explore teachers’ subjective experiences in participating in learning community activities. The research focuses on planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling learning community activities, as well as the challenges and regulatory factors affecting their implementation. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of educational management theory and provide practical guidance for schools in managing effective learning communities to enhance teachers’ instructional creativity at the elementary school level.
